Empathy Is Not Imperative, but Very Impossible
"I am always in favor of animals in therapy. Um, but so I remember I went to my supervisors and I went to the clinic director and was like trying to get clearance for my client to bring their support animal to sessions," she says. "And the answer I got was like a hard no, like absolutely not." The therapist that Tom saw was being honest about what happened,. But do you feel like it's like 20% it's 1%. It's like 1% maybe 1%. So your empathy is that it's not impossible, but very unlikely just based on everything that Tom experienced.
