The Importance of Immunization

The issue there is like, you're not dealing with a low level person in Enron at the start of an investigation. You don't want to immunize somebody when you don't know what they're going to say. A really important thing about immunity is in spite of everything that I have just said, you can get immunity, but you still can't lie. The new crime is going into the grand jury and lying. So Mark Meadows, if he got this, cannot go in there and lie, he could still be prosecuted for that.
