How to Filter Feedback From Investors and Founders
Investors and founders are optimizing for very different types of information discovery. An idea that is working now wasn't fundable 10 years ago, or it was fundable and inflamed out. When the founders are really supposed to provide the debt, they've lived with a thought of the problem more than anyone else. But if someone that's an investor says your idea isn't fundable in the current form, that is feedback you might not want to hear.
