The Effects of Potassium on the Vineyard

The soil because it had been exposed to these chemicals the wines were coming in with a different pH yeah it's not the fact of chemicals it's mainly the fact of certain fertilizers in the 50s, 60s this was potassium. People realized that potassium had very great potential to encourage the vine to deliver more fruits and this has saved some vintages after war where the vines had almost received no treatment nothing. The abuse of this potassium has brought consequences like yes the pH to go higher.
