The 300 Long Ago Side Chain

I came with the idea behind the 300 long ago, because I had this prediction market idea. The idea of the side chain was like kind of being invented at that time but I had to in parallel. And then later on I was like okay, we'll let, we'll do a soft fork to Bitcoin so that it can become aware. In some cases of this little score, this little number that kind of picks up as blocks are added to main chain Bitcoin and if the score reaches a certain amount then a certain withdrawal is led through.
