But they do come up with a very important point. And this is convergent with their argument against Cohen. In order to break this impasse, we need a normativity on construal. That's what construal means. Basically we need anormativity on how they formulate the problem. This has to be an independent normativity, independent of what? Independent of inferential norms. Right.
