Small Caps - What Are Your Thoughts?
The small caps rallied as much as they did into to your point, mid august. I think there were a lot of people out there that misinterpreted what they eard. If you look, we traded right up to the moving average. We failed. It stands to reason, in my opinion, that we test the levels we saw in mid june. What are your thoughts here?
