The Importance of Communication in Science
You can waste good research by not writing it well. It doesn't help the world if you are really good at constructing knowledge, but you're the only person knowing it. There's also a translational process into society. We hardly teach them how to communicate well with our academics. And we basically never teach them to speak to anyone else. That can be a very difficult thing as well.
