Eight Years Between a Plea and a Sentence?
A big part of his plea agreement, as i understand it from the public records, is that he co operated with the government. We can say that of this eight years, at least three of it is explained by the fact that he's actively involved in helping stuff. I do know that his sentencing was originally scheduled to happen at least five years ago,. initially, and has continually been a re scheduled and pushed further and further down the road.
