The 14th Amendment and the Segregation of College Campuses
The 14th amendment provides that no state shall deny to any person the equal protection of the laws. The Equal Protection clause says that you cannot elevate someone because of their race or treat as a negative someone because of Their Race. And that's what these admissions processes at Harvard and other universities have done to Asians for a long time. Back in the 20s or so, the admissions process was designed to hurt Jewish students. That is the group that has been most hurt by affirmative action.
