Creating Structure in the Relationship
Leadership is about making decisions that inform the other person of what you want in need, and also move you towards the vision of the dynamic. Youre actions then speak louder than your words - so be able to follow through with that. The last thing about what it looks like to lead within the context of your relationship is consistently being able to take responsibility for your failures. So any leader worth his salt has to be willing to be fallible. And we trust our leaders when they can't control their own behaviour.
