i'm afraid that that pervades our culture, and we get people going in the workplace thinking that they're going to get by with that. I don't generally see that working well. If you do not have bedside manner, what i find is you often don't get the opportunities that would allow you to be the brilliant person. We had a lot of people say, oh, you know, morals. But she said, maybe the question should be more clear. Do you want the best surgeon with no morals, or not a good surgeon with great morals?
