Is There a Distractedness?
Every morning I have a little exercise where I check in with myself to, you know, it's more lengthy than others. If I'm in a hurry, I'll just do that mentally distracted, emotionally sad, physically, foggy as I get over COVID. So that's one way. But then sometimes I'll do a full on and then my husband and we will even do that like before a day. Just give me a quick meps check in mental and one word, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. And if you do a little bit of that every day, you don't get the big backlog,. You know, you do just a little bit every day.
