Are There Any Benefits of Refused Emotions?

i started looking into, are there any benefits of regret? Yes. In study two, regret was seen to be the most beneficial of the 12 negative emotions man rin and then goes on to say wat why it's beneficial. So in short, people value he regret substantially more than they do other negative emotions. When we regret something, we often change the behavior that led to the regret. And i think quite often the other negative emotions, like stress or anxiety, we don't make any change,. If we do, it doesn't affect the stress or anxiety as much as the regret. Information gleaned from regrets can guide future behaviour aimed at achieve achieving desired outcome.
