In Southern Baptist life, you have people running these things and they're willing to sacrifice anything for the institution. The same conflation that afflicted those of Hezekiah's time is with us today. People are treating it in a way it was never meant to be treated. They're making sacrifices to the institution instead of using or working through the institution to sacrifice to God.
