Is the Brain Really Good at Distributing Its Real Estate?
The brain is really good at distributing its real estate so that it can incorporate new data. I have a strong suspicion that we'll be able to add new senses quite easily and the brain will make room. We don't actually think people will get overwhelmed with having more senses in, you know, worlds where we're surrounded by screens and headphones.
