The Importance of the Personality Ethik

In his new book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, author Andrew Keen argues that human character is more important than technique. He says people can use the personality ethic to get by and make favorable impressions through charm and skill but in the long run they will not be successful. It's like cramming your way through school: if you don't pay the price day in and day out, you never achieve true mastery or develop an educated mind. "What we are communicates far more eloquently than anything we say or do," writes Keen.
