Is There a Gun Policy to Address Mass Shooters?

Guns can be used to project force over a distance, which is the most important characteristic of a gun. The idea that we can just pass a law and then suddenly, you know, by prohibiting a r fifteens, they will all disappear has been falsified time and time again. It's unfortunate to see so many people sort of pooh pooh the idea that a so called assault weapon is specifically an a r 15.
