Ron DeSantis and the Fourth Circuit

Rep. Ron DeSantis' culture war initiatives involve taking direct aim at the First Amendment or First Amendment jurisprudence, CNN's John Sutter says. "I really wish he would stop going after the First Amendment jur isprudence like he's some kind of Viking berserker," writes Sutter.
