There's a you mentioned the idea that the field is full of injunctions to practice rather than coherent narrative building. I'm skeptical about narratives and I feel like to what degree they exist, they might be emergent side effects of a life of practice. But there's also this question about narrative itself as practice under certain conditions. And so my curiosity there is how do you know when you found a piece that might be able to do that, you know, for you, maybe for the scientists, for the man of the street? How does that become the lighting up?
