The neighbor grabbed a big sack, then raced after the squirrel as she took off through the forest. When he reached the squirrel's house, he plucked himself down in a golden chair at the golden table. Once he'd licked his plate clean, the squirrel showed him the three wooden boxes. Without so much as a thank you, the neighbor gripped the ladder and heaved himself up.
