Why Is It So Hard to Get Legal Aid? - I'm Not Going to End Up in Court
Many of us will have had direct experience through a loved one or some one we know. If you end up in court, it can be a very bewildering experience for witnesses and victims. One woman i know felt appallingly let down by her case which took four years to come to trial. She felt that justice in her case had been denied. And fundamentally, what that does is it undermines, so goes, the argument trust in society.
