Corey: We could say that the capacity to be aware of your experience without being sucked into your experience in a spacious and curious way is mindfulness. Corey: If you want to explore this, anyone listening, before you're going to bed at night as you close your eyes, just watch what your mind is thinking about. And if you are able to watch that happening, then who you are at the very least is separate from those thoughts.
