If i know they're a practical person, i go slower in closing. Social people are not motivated by logic, by facts, by money. They're mostly motivated by do they like this person? So if i'm dealing with an s, it's a social person. That's my game. If it's an e, e is for emotional, then i'm really trying to understand in an ampathetic way. There's some people that don't want you to be ampathetic. You can't fathom that there's some people who won't respect you in a deal. Who here's ever closed a deal for more than ten million dollars?
