How Pinterest's Strategy Is Aligning the Executive Team With Shareholders

With their strategy, they pay a light base salary and then give the executives a lot of time vesting RSUs. There's a little different stock options where it's not based on a price. I get a little bit concerned that people don't care about the stock price. But if you give someone options or basically price hurdles where the RSUs vest, like how their performance RSUs, I liked it a bit better.
