Baba: There is some evidence that are early exposures to different things, environmental factors, one of which could be sugar. They saw that the prevalence of diabetes was about 50% higher in that group that was exposed to more sugar when they were young. And it wasn't just diabetes, they found elevated rates of cholesterol, arthritis and other markers of chronic inflammation.
