Dracula - Isn't It a Strange Character?
i think eastern europe was kind of a really strange place for people when dracula first came out, you know. So asia seemed very exotic - fu manchu and stubbr hadf exoticism to it. It wasn't quite an dracular is this sort of character who doesn't belong in europe. But oso he's very, like you've talked about, he's affable. He's charming. And i think there's something in that, you know, the character that's been portrayed hundreds of times. Yes, ever since riht. There's something so attractive about dracti, i think, isn't a his is erodite.
