How Did You Become a Team Leader?

I joined, I joined to brains and co-oplincing about two and a half years ago with quality assurance. And mostly I work on ID functionality. Also at the same time I was coordinating.com plugin team. Then I'm joined release team as a quality assurance as well. So in general I'm with our release team for two years but as a leader of this team for two months.
