Do You Consider a Politized Judiciary Particularly Dangerous to Free Speech?
A politicized judiciary is especially dangerous to free speech, says Martin. The old fashioned way would be to have om some cronies appointedy politicians and who will then insure that free speech is interpreted in a way to exclude criticism of the government. That's a huge danger if you have a politicised judiciary and the rule of laws. But i don't think it would be unimaginable to see with three or four new judges having that level of protection for first amendment rights.
