Heather: For me, it was imposter syndrome. I didn't even know what imposter syndrome was. She says she had a lot of perfectionism in her work and thought like "I'm never good enough" But having that label to put on this kind of problem, this imposter syndrome, has helped us kind of identify it and better recognize it.
