Pregnancy Postpartum Culture and Body Acceptance

If you are resistant to all the changes that are inevitably happening to your body during pregnancy, the harder it is to accept what's going on. The more you can accept it and say it is what it is, that is going to serve you. Just like every season of parenting is different, your body is supposed to change. You may have anxiety and self-loathing and fear. Maybe you have stretch marks and cellulite. Maybe things are changing and moving. Either way we don't want to resist it. We want to accept.
