Do You Have a Failure Mode?
One thing that bothers me personally, is that they don't tie their their interest together with the company. And so just doing, doing home work on the specific roll, on the specific company, just like reading into it as much as you can, i think that's something that can help so many people. If someone came in to me, even on a phone screen, and they said like, oh, i saw this happened in your industry? How as that affected your company? That to me is like whi they did their home work. They're thinking critically about our problems. There's such a tremendous value in that.
