I think that's wonderful actually I mean this will transition us into the zero trust portion of this chat here in a few seconds but I think the perspective you bring it is awesome. It's something that I run you know politically rather a couple webinars I've been doing for my current company 95 aot we we see very similar things where people are now attempting to throw actual people at the problem. The one thing I remember the most about going through my project management professional certification is you don't just start throwing people out of the same problem you got to actually figure out how to actually solution the problem before getting more people in the room.
