I'm curious to see how they evolve over the next five, 10 years and what their relationship with media and everything, they're very cynical. And I think it's because they kind of grew up seeing the millennials, still kind of in general, while cynical,. Still kind of buy in to the institutions and everything a little more. But there definitely seems to be this coping mechanisms that are largely unhealthy as far as mental illness is concerned.

Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.

In 2018, he published his first book, "200% – An Instruction Manual for Living Fully"

Now based in North Yorkshire, UK, he currently works as a mentor, taking his vast experience and understanding of the mind to work directly with individuals looking to start or deepen their practice of meditation, awareness, and mindfulness so they can live a richer life free of doubt, fear, overwhelm, and limitation.
