The Fear of Silicon Valley Banks

CNN's John Berman asks why the Obama administration is so nervous about small banks. He says it could be because of what happened in Silicon Valley, where DAP Morgan was shut down. But he argues that depositors around the country are putting their money into smaller banks and credit unions.
