Douglas Innes is the chief business officer of INX, a Canadian-based cryptocurrency company. He says he came to Canada from Scotland when he was six years old and did university over here at business school. After 10 years working for Morgan Stanley in FX derivatives, I ran a proprietary trading group at Merrill Lynch. We ended up raising $85 million from 7,250 people in 74 countries with an average age of 42 - which skews to the older side than we were expecting.
