Exercise is the biggest wellness or longevity drug that we have access to. You actually get more benefit out of regular exercise than you do from quitting smoking. And then there's a guy called Johann Hari that wrote a book called Lost Connections. I really enjoyed because it was a way to re conceptualize mental illness like depression, anxiety and whatever as a state of connectedness or the lack of connectedness.
