I think for Tanubu, it's partially personal, partially political. He was himself kind of jump-started his career as a democracy activist in exile. The other coastal West African states, likewise, these are countries that have their own histories of coups. And so there's a fear that if that jihadist expansion puts more pressure on the security sector, you know, the security sectors in those countries might turn against their civilian heads of state.
