The Evolution of Our Operating System

Tim Urban's new book is called What Is Our Problem with Self-help Book for societies? He talks about how our brains are not designed to consume tic-tac all night and stay up all night or to be in front of the screen. And then you have the item on mind problem that comes up, what happens when a human has no work to do? You go into a lot of tribalism in the book, which is a really interesting part.
