Gerald s mc guire, i think he thought he was the front man for a facious coup. He said it to enough people. There are congressional hearings about this. Other witnesses come forward that back up butler. The main reason why it's really hard to say is because they don't know each other. It would be hard to imagine that it had never occurred to that guy at any point in time.
