Having some kind of movement routine is so fundamental for people with ADHD. I've used an app called Freedom to try and block out different parts of my phone. And like you said, it doesn't have to be the gym. It can be the gym, you know, if you want it to be. Sometimes I just say, did you want to walk outside and breathe some air? Even that can be something.
