The direct visualization of the surgical field reveals a distended r v with poor contraction. And on t e yo might see r v hypocnesis with a companied tricuspi egagitation. A leftward shift during diastle indicates r b volume overload,. Leftward rceptal shift during sistile indicates r b pressure overload.
