The Liberals' Position on the Indigenous Voice in the Constitution
Karen Andrews quit the front bench and said that the Liberals should be talking more about the cost of living. Since Aston, the Liberals have settled their position on the Indigenous voice in the Constitution. I think we settled the position on the voice because we'd obviously tried to work with the government. We tried to see whether it was possible to reach a bipartisan position. And it just became very clear that we weren't going to be able to do that. For instance, I would have really thought it would be a positive thing.
