i think about how we need to rethink the idea of seniority in professional hierarchies. The career ladder is such a rigid thing, you can only go one way on it. You can only get up by pushing other people off. And really good organizations are moving people sideways. They're doing things called bridge jobs. There'sn' a brilliant a group in america that finds non profit jobs for professionals and they put them in chatsford charities. I mean, thei'r proper work, but they're also getting people together. Those kind of systems are givin people a really renewed chance ot life.
