The Importance of Physical Resilience
It's not just the experience of hating your job, it ends up curculating to literally everywhere in your life because it reduces your emotional and physical resilience. So getting to a place where you aren't ever tapping into your reserves, so you can have them for actually like very stressful situations is really important. And sometimes it takes a really long time to actually build those reservists up again too, because they're very precious.
