We Didn't Do the Spin Out on Its Own
I'm happy that we got the deal done at all. I think it was a crazy and aggressive deal to try to do the spin out. The spin out did make things more lcated. We used reps and warrantes insurance on this deal. That was an interesting experience. Overall, like it, but do not know that it made things simplers.
