The more actually praiseworthy the thing that you are praising, the more joy in your praising it you get back. Praise is the only way to enjoy that which is praiseworthy. We pay a lot of money to shout and stand up and clap for people that are better than us at things,. Like to go see a bunch of baseball players who are way better than me and y'all play baseball, cost money. And we're happy to pay it because this costly act of rejoicing is worth it.
