Are You Going to Hire Diversity Administrators?

Administrators should have no control whatsoever over faculties syllaby, unless tey're qualified to weigh in on it. For the most part, shouldn't be a lifetime job. It bes should be a rotating sort of lik ten term limits. We all know this, but never happen, absolutely. Too many administrators and we should all make every administrator teach one class, and the ratio should be seven or eight to one. But everybody's scared of them. That's kind of like these people are. They're headed fort they're headed for a fall. There's nothing to them.
