The Paradox of Donald Trump and the Blue Collar Class
From the 19 early 70s on, the blue collar class has been on the skids and that these diseases of despair are kind of the human cost of that. And so we have this, this real crisis among the white working class. At the same time, one is wrong to blame blacks for this or women. What they do have is somebody to blame immigrants, blacks, and women. But here's the paradox. If you look at what Donald Trump has done in three and a half years, has he helped the blue collar man who is in the crisis? No, he has not.
