How to Pronounce IPA Sounds

There are several sites where you can look at an IPA chart and click on the individual symbols to get sound samples to play. I'm not sure how pleasant an experience it would be really to just sit down and work your way through the entire chart of consonants say. In terms of other sorts of practice, frankly becoming familiar with more languages is another way to get used to different kinds of articulatory phonetics.
